Bright, fresh, and elegantly plated!! I was SO surprised by this dish! My table ordered it, so it hadn't been my first choice, but I would have missed out if they didn't. Gorgeous presentation and the flavors are incredible.

To die for. Perfectly cooked, and every aspect of the dish came together in a way that complemented each flavor wonderfully. You can tell the chef really put a lot of love and thought into curating this menu.
